An old hobby now given a new lease of life - sky watching.
The Summer Triangle
Right Top - Vega (Alpha Lyrae, Nickname: Weaver Girl),
Left Top - Deneb (Alpha Cygni),
Mid Bottom - Altair (Alpha Aquilae, Nickname: Cowherd)
and part of the Orion Arm of the Milky Way clearly visible in Greater Vancouver.
Having a clear sky is now at a premium in most cities, the suburbs of Greater Vancouver is an exception.
Thanks to the T-grain film technology, the image was captured with ease. However I have not mastered the digital techniques yet.
